This location has made me wait more than once for a haircut. The early check in stuff is crap. The guy in front of me never showed on time, he was late for several minutes! and they still took him in front of me. Do not go here for a hair cutt! The dont care about you! This has happened 2 times in a row, last Mgr apologized, and it happened again! Dont go here!

I recently moved back to Raleigh from Wilmington and needed to find someone to cut my hair. I made an online appointment at the Edwards mill location. Rosita was my stylist. She cut my hair exactly like I explained to her. She did a fantastic job. I am very pleased. I will definitely have Rosita cut my hair again.

Mari was awesome. She always does a great job on my hair and has good recommendations for hair care products. She is very efficient and fast. I appreciate her efforts.
